  3. I talked to Eternian Ryan and got an answer from him on the CP and Event Vendor as follows: "We're reworking them, along with the instance drops." "We're reworking the instance drops to make it less of a snoozefest while grinding, and reworking the rewards from the token satchels to prevent people like Kenny from going nothing->max in 2 days" "Should be fixed sometime soon. No ETA"

Well I'm guessing they just can't fix the graveyard to where it ports them out upon releasing, and if I understand sean right, he's saying the reason that wont work is when a player dies if they release spirit instead of being teleported back they would simply revive right there on the spot which defeats what they were trying to do,

  11. This is mostly true but, the point is to create something that players gotta take time and work for, we don't want create a challenge dungeon that people are done with after a few runs. The idea behind arc was to create something difficult that requires players to use non VIP gear along with a little teamwork to acquire gear that for non VIP gear is comparable with lower end VIP gear. For the most part this has worked out fairly well, there are still a few things that need to be adjusted as is always the case when we release new stuff especially on this scale. If players are clearing arc as soon as they can get haste capped and skipping farming Ice Warden further all together then it kinda defeats the point of arc because players simply end up bored even faster.

Honestly I would totally give that #10 spot to Aelexia/Kenny, I'm not denying I'm an asshole and by far no ones favorite GM, but I don't make underhanded deals with former admins(you know who) just to rage camp people in PvP, also I'm not the type to put invisible walls and constantly summon a person along with tons of other messed up faeces.
  13. Let me clarify Shadowsbane gear will NOT be buffed. We're considering increasing the difficulty of arcatraz and while we are aware that some players do have it already, many still do not, and many new players who join will find it more challenging to do then simply being haste capped. As for Ice Warden, while its weaker its also far easier to actually obtain difficulty wise, it just requires more time and tends be somewhat tedious but over all far easier compared to arcatraz.

Minor buffs to Ice Warden gear could be put on the table for review, but more over based on your statements we may to wish to buff arcatraz up some, If its not providing a sufficient challenge where players actually feel the need to farm higher ice warden sets to do it then it may need to have the difficulty increased to make it more even with the reward received. Either way I will be making a pull about it.
  16. Well I'd just like to state that, while arc gear is powerful how do you guys figure you would get it with out first farming Ice Warden gear? The instance was designed as a challenge for people with max Ice Warden gear, Now because a couple people with Ice Warden IX got the ball rolling everyone's begging the people who farmed it to boost them through it because they're lazy and that's kind of where the problem is coming from. If people were actually forced to somehow farm Ice Warden high enough to where they could actually really clear the dungeon at a reasonable rate with an equal geared group this discussion probably wouldn't even exist.
  17. As rick states below this was more about damage then HP, the effect of HP content wise is quite minimal. This will also make it more challenging for players to one shot each other in PvP. You're correct rick and I believe the cap is actually closer to 1.8 billion but I could be wrong on that figure.

Look guys if we have a need to do something with a player we're not actually required to explain it to the general public, That being said I also don't see why Kenny couldn't have taken him to a different arena....at which point if you decided to follow continuing to be a pest you get what you deserve. Bottom line I don't see that Kenny actually broke any rule here.(Also we can freeze a player if they request it, even if it is in the arena.)
