Its just not possible for us to be on at all times and throwing more staff at the problem is not a solution. There will always be a period of time where most of us are asleep and offline. This is especially true because of the size and culture of the server, its a low population time. Sometimes there is only 1 or none on. The best thing for anyone to do in this instance is completely ignore the person. I am certain people started saying something about this player's spam and breaking the rules. This attention is what they feed on. If everyone ignored the rule breakers and didn't let stuff like that bother them, the player would get bored and move on. They are only seeking attention. I know asking people on this server to not say anything is an impossible task, so far now I think you are just going to have to live with it when GM's are offline.

When you use your transfer key it will move the whole VIP set including the weapons of that set. However, if you buy any separate weapons for example, a SoaTT, they will not be moved since they are an individual purchase. Basically, each separate purchase will require a separate transfer key to move it.

Ok, enough of spamming reports. Please just make one report and move on. We have access to chat logs so just report the worst offense and we can see the rest. I will punish the player who used the racial slurs. The rest of the reporting looks like smack talk to other players besides yourself in icecrown. There is some room for players to talk "smack" to each other in this game.

You still missed reaper, the realm that has been the staple of Icecold for a few years now. You are right it's your own opinion. But it's not a fair assessment of the community when you only try the one server and write a review of it. The community is made up of both servers, with Eternian being quite new still. The problem with the review from Heytara is that people here know that they cannot get a fair review from her because of her extreme bias and a large fallout that occurred here with her a couple of years ago. The people that frequent your forum don't likely know about her past involvement here on Icecold and take her word because she is a manager there. I am also sure some of the players here believe there is bias from your forum simply because she is there. If it's your opinion, you are entitled to it, but so are we and the icecold perspective is you are not being fair at all.

The one thing I can't see and the picture doesn't show is if the boss has agro or not. From what I see, they could have been kiting. Can't do anything with this proof.

In regards to the priest issue there is currently development underway that has the goal of class balance in mind. Though it may seem like it at times, a blind eye has not been turned on icecold's issues. Fixes are just not as simple as flipping a switch. Haste seems to be what causes issues. To me it seems non-vip priest are not too OP but when you have VIP 7 and 2x soatl you are very OP in PvP. But that is to be expected isn't it?

You bugged the mob in nespirah on purpose. I was there and I reset the boss, you went right back to bugging it again so it wouldn't attack you. This was the second time you did it, the first time was the same thing. You bugged the mob, I reset it and you went right back to pulling the mob to bug it out. Per the rules bug abusing for self-benefit is a perma ban. I gave you a warning. If you weren't clear on the rules you could have asked, but you didn't and broke the rules again.
