I can give it a try, as I wouldn't mind stacking speeds. From what I thought, anything to deal with gems and stacking auras were in '.dbc' files that are not within my reach. Update: So, I've attempted it now with several different spell tables, but none of them had any effect. I messaged iRyan about it. I was thinking maybe 5 stacks to 140% speed should be safe.
