    Hello Eternian, I wanted to clarify a few things to those of you making Administrative Tickets regarding Transfers, Stat Swaps, and similar purchases. Some formats need to be designed, and I would like to put them all in one place. Read carefully as it may reduce the amount of time your ticket might take, and please copy and paste these formats when requesting something in a ticket: STAT SWAP ($10) Character Name: (The character's name that the item below is located on. Spell check this one, don't put "my warrior") Item Name: (The item name that the custom stats are located on, please don't put "my sword". You know the item's name, please help yourself) Stat From: (Any custom stat you purchased on the item above) Stat To: (The stat that you would like to change to) (Optional) Amount From: (Optional) Amount To: ^These two (Optional)'s regard something that we will still check for stat conversions. TRANSFER ($10) Character From: Character To: Purchases: (Things like Titan's Grip, FTP, VIP3 are specified here) Custom Items: (Use complete names, not things like "my sword" or "my custom tabby") !! For a Transfer + 2x Stat Swap Bundle ($20) use the two formats above for each change. !! ITEM CUSTOMIZATION/RESKIN ($5) Character Name: Item Original Name: (Exact item name required) New Item Name: (Must follow chat rules, can be colored text using HTML Color Code) New Item Desc: (Can be blank/colored text) New Item DisplayID: (Use www.WoWhead.com>View Source> Find>DisplayID>Number following 'DisplayID') Item Type: (Axe, Sword, Leather, Etc.) Add Stat: Stat - Amount - (Optional) Price (list more stats in a new line) !! For Full Customization/Reskin ($30) use the above format, just add a new section for each item you are changing. !! If, for any reason, you decide to not follow these formats your ticket may be prolonged for a few days until the required information is received. Secondly, to get this written down for people to read: Administrative Ticket Responses may take up to 24 hours each, depending on traffic and availability of staff. If you need immediate assistance with an in-game issue, please create an in-game ticket, and someone will assist you as soon as possible. If you have a question about your Admin Ticket, please reply to the current ticket and wait. Thank you kindly.

    Just from my perspective, as I check up on the website from time to time, IceCold is dead and gone. I'd recommend they pack up and rebrand their entire server package. They started the release in good hopes, but most of the people who paid money were let down and weren't (from what I've read) treated well when it comes to the handling of donations. Messing with peoples' money is one of my worst fears. I lost several of my VIP sets, and a lot of money that I spent on Eternian pre-staff vanished. At this point I don't care anymore, but that deters me from ever donating again for fear of a loss. The main reasons for lack of population was due to Blizzard's Legion release, Overwatch, and the whole money/donation deal. Those few things combined ended up pushing everyone (or pulling) away from IceCold. My whole server idea for WotLK tanked too, so heh, let's move on shall we?

    I love updates, so I shall update you. For those of you wondering about the online status of the game servers, Reaper and Eternian, they are currently running. There are no issues on the game server's end and the launcher now works correctly. Ryan is working on the store now, which could take some time.

    The main cause of these issues is account trading (or hacking). The changes will hypothetically disable accounts that are traded (or hacked) accounts unless you managed to trade the email address over correctly when you traded. If you managed to add on a random fake email address to keep yourself anonymous, that had it's payout but now the consequences are here. This is essentially the safer upgrade for security of accounts.

    Please re-read this article to better understand the "Update": http://www.icecold-wow.com/news/_/news/account-change-warning-r55 ---> The article states that the update will not be introduced until the launch of Project Fire into Reaper. You more than likely logged in with the wrong credentials enough to get locked out of your account(s) due to the IP lock for failed attempts. Your normal username (not email) and password are still operational unless you changed them. Remember that the password cannot have special characters, as it is not included in the system configuration for security. Lastly, if your are getting all the way to the login status and see a list of servers instead of your characters, then hit enter. Usually if you spam enter enough it will pause at the server selection screen instead of going to your character screen. Let me know if this works or not.

    Update 5/24/16 -Completely reworked (full delete and rewrite) the Portal Stone system and planning1 -full optimization for loading data into memory, instead of queries which are unreliable -'back' button feature added to loop through the menu -Level sets for all classes when using boosts are planned out -Warrior set displays and names were added. -Portal Stone icons were set 1I plan to add the ability to filter for class and faction exclusive portals. >>Next project to take on would be to optimize the scripts for level boosts. le Credit: Ryan for showing me how (and persuading me) to run scripts through memory, instead of Database queries. Rick for finding all the sweet ass icons for the portals.

    Hey Stefan, I'm still working and spending time with my family. I'm also working on a new realm for Ice: Ice-Dimensions (3.3.5). It is hard stuff (core work), but really fun. I'm glad to hear you're doing fancy over there. I hope all is well in times to come for you.

    I just read this for the 5th time. We are currently not running a 4.3.4 realm other than our testing realm for Project Fire. You wouldn't be able to access the realms (Reaper or Eternian) using a 4.3.4 client right now. If you follow the tutorial in a new folder you'll end up with a fresh setup of game using our files. The actual running game version for both Reaper and Eternian (as of right now) is 4.0.6.

    I'm sure the rest of us know you well enough to say 'nah'. I'm going to need you to post a reply with a screenshot of the exact message. If you edit it in paint I promise I will laugh hysterically. Also, this was probably a great way to get players to spam Jordan on Skype; solid move.

    Update 4/18/2016 -I have completed my custom cost modifications for most of the level 81-100 purchases. -Portal Stone (seen above) is 90% complete. The script is only missing faction specific filters for portals. -Item Level scaling for new items for levels 78-100 has been determined. 100 will base at 400 item Level: Note: these statistics are subject to change if I find any errors with the current formulas and settings.

    Greetings players, the Wrath of the Lich King test server is in continuous development at this time. Level testers from 1-80 are needed. The reward for leveling to 80 is a token for a free level 80 when the live server is released. The reward level 80 boost will be limited to 1 per race and class per account. The test form (provided) with your account name stated clearly will make you eligible for this reward. Before requesting access, have everything (here) downloaded. To gain access to the test realm, request the following in a PM to Space, (here), or add him via Skype: seanhaxor Test Access Request Classes known well: Race zones known well: Account Name: (if different than your display name) Password: (if not specified, a random generated one will be provided) Testers are accepted and denied in a case-by-case basis, but requests are always welcome!

    Reward for Testers: Upon reaching level 80 for a race and class, I will grant you a level 80 boost upon release. I will note your account names. This means leveling to 80 on the test realm will essentially be leveling to 80 on the live realm. Hope this gives some motivation!

    Update 4/12/2016 - Level Boosts 80|100 are complete with visual spells, teleports, items, and gold but need optimized - Mana regeneration was fixed server-side, patch required to see the visual changes in mana regen (MP5) passed 80 - Solved XP bar past 80, simple addon (mine, or any XP bar addon) required for visual XP bar - began work on 81-100 content

    Update 4/08/2016 - associated the level boost items with a spec choice so you can obtain the starter 80|100 gear sets for your spec on use - prepared the scripts to allow teleportation to 80|100 hubs Known Bugs/Errors: Lack of creature spawn pools (random spawn locations) so all creature spawn locations are filled. -CREDIT to Loke. MP5 (Mana regen per 5s) is broken for all levels. -CREDIT to Loke. Some level zones lack amounts of XP to keep players current with their quest selection. -CREDIT to Loke.

    That sounds like you're logging into the game with your email address. Just use your username and password for this website.

    Hey Dingo, Sounds like you've encountered the first time setup. The config file "config.wtf" in your WTF folder needs to be setup properly. Your video resolution needs to be raised to view all of the screen. The blank box you see is actually a file holder for the EULA that Blizzard had in there, but we deleted it for specific reasons that could be assumed. In your case, you have no reason to worry. The launcher handles all files after you've started the game for the first time, and it will download the game files as you play. An easier way to read this can be found below in the TL;DR. TL;DR: go to yourwowfolder/WTF open config.wtf in a text editor. Add this line if it doesn't exist, or edit the line to change the resolution to the correct setting for your screen+GPU: SET gxResolution "1920x1080" Start the launcher, choose the realm, login with your same credentials as this forum.
