That evidence shows him sitting down outside the arena. He is possible floating just of the ground but there are bugs that do that. In this case there is no evidence of fly hacking. closed.

Staff fireguywtc Posted October 3, 2014 Staff Posted October 3, 2014 While at it's face It appears to be fly hacking or "swimming", he may not have been fly hacking but rather lagging or something like that after a dismount. I am not saying he wasn't fly hacking, but I cant say for sure he was. In this case the only evidence presented can be misinterpreted. We need absolute proof or to be there to witness it. As for players being able to post in this section, it is necessary to let players who were involved add useful comments to a thread here to help it out. This thread is a case in point. But as you can tell there are plenty of players here that come along and add their useless two cents to pad their post counts or whatever. Spacepanther 1
