I'm making this thread in order to spare the GMs some time with tickets that contain Frequently Asked Questions. So if you're a new player, please take 10 minutes to read this. Q1: Where can I farm upgradable gear? A1: Once you create your character, use your IceCold Teleporter, then go to Eternian Content -> Ice Warden Dungeons. There you can upgrade your gear. Start at Forge of Souls and go to the next one when you have all your gear upgraded, you may want to group up as dungeons will get progressively harder. Q2: I got my gear, but how do I start upgrading my items? A2: Once you have it, put the desired item in your bag, right click your IceCold Upgrader and then left click the desired item. A small window containing what materials the upgrade requires will open. If you have the required materials click on the complete quest button, and you will receive your upgraded item. Q3: What's Magic Gold and where do I farm it? A3: Magic Gold is one of the realm's custom currencies. It can be farmed in dungeons, world bosses, and some quests. It can be used to purchase transmogrification items. Q4: What is Fine Iron used for? A4: Fine Iron is an upgrade material used to upgrade your gear and Ice Warden Tabards. Fine Iron drops from any world boss, dungeon bosses, and can also be bought at the currency exchange vendor for 25 Gladiator Badges. Q5: What is Life Essence used for? A5: Life Essence is used to upgrade the Ice Warden Tabard and your Frozen weapons. It drops from world bosses. Q6: I need an Admin, what do I do? A6: If you're in need of Admin assistance, log on website and go to Contact Admins and submit an Admin ticket. Admin tickets can be made here. Q7: I want to buy a custom item, how? A7: If you're going to buy a custom item with custom stats, submit an Admin ticket containing Display ID, Name, Color of the name and Stats for your custom item. Note that there's a $5 fee you have to pay when you're making a custom item. A list containing all of the custom stat prices can be found here. Q8: Are GMs allowed to max professions? A8: No, GMs aren't allowed to max professions for players, no matter if they have VIP status or not. You have to level up the profession on your own. Q9: Where are the transmogrification vendors? A9: Transmogrification vendors can be found in the arena and in the mall. Q10: What is the respawn time of Warmaster Alastor? A10: Warmaster Alastor's respawn time is 10 minutes.

From what I've been told it was reverted shortly after. No action will be taken.

Fixed some issues with bosses, you should now be able to kill every boss. Also re-balanced bosses and loot. Auto loot was also applied to icc mobs and bosses.

I will re-balance bosses and update live Eternian sometime today. Svalna should also be fixed later today. I honestly thought Frozen Orbs wouldn't drop enough, but that should be fixed on the next restart. We have lots planned and never stopped working on the realm, we ran into problem after problem so we had to delay ICC a bit. If you have any suggestions for other content or an idea for a world boss or dungeon feel free to post it here

Icecrown Citadel is finally complete. Not everything we had planned will be available at launch, offsets will be done a a day or so after launch. Legendary weapon quest lines still need a lot of work and will be completed in the next while. With ICC, a new upgrade for Ice Warden gear is available. Glacial is about 30% stronger than IW X. Trash mobs will drop a new currency called Glacial Shard, this will be used with Fine Iron and Frozen Orbs to upgrade X to Glacial, bosses will drop more than trash mobs. Upgrade requirements are as follows: Glacial Shard x600 Frozen Orb x500 Fine Iron x150 Gunship is not working, you can skip it at the Scourge Transporter just after Lady Deathwhisper. This was a huge project for our team, I hope everyone enjoys this. We have more content on the way.

I'm not sure how many people play Reaper, but we usually have a few on Eternian during weekends, not so much during the week.

Once you reach a certain amount of posts you will go up a level.

I've heard mixed opinions on personal loot. So let's have a vote, this will last 3 days. EDIT: Would be re-added once we can make it better for dungeons.

Update 12/06/17 Forge of souls released. This dungeon will replace Fantasy Jungle. Fine Iron cost for IW - IW I upgrades reduced to 2.

The old transmog request post was pretty old and outdated. This will be the new one so we can keep track of new items being added to the vendor. You can go to wowhead to get the item id for the item you want added. We can only add items up to patch 4.3.4 Format: ItemID: This is the entry of the item, you can find it by looking at the item url on wowhead Slot: Helm, shoulders, weapon, etc Type: 1hSword, 2hSword, Plate, Cloth, etc Wowhead link: if the item is part of a set, link the item set so we can add everything

Ok guys so we've been slow on getting content released, but here's what we have planned. 1. Replace some IW dungeons, I want to replace FJ, BWL and BRD, maybe more if people want other dungeons replaced. 2. Revamp Arcatraz. We were thinking we could use Bastion of Twilight. 3. A new zone. I was thinking Isle of Quel'Danas with a revamped Magisters' Terrace and Sunwell Plateau as the final raid for that area. This could change, so don't get too excited if you like this area. 4. ??? If there is anything new you want to see, please post it here. I look at this every day, although sometimes I don't have the time to reply right away.

Update 24/05/17 Eternian officially upgraded to patch 4.3.4 Dual Wield moved to VIP mall. You can find Zuben Elgenubi by the Enchantment and Glyph vendors. Mastery seems to be uncapped, but that could change.

Eternian is now live.

So, after weeks of staying up way too late. Eternian's upgrade to 4.3.4 is finally complete. The 4.0.6 realm has been shut down so we can move characters over to the new database. There are some features you might notice are gone on the new realm, those were removed. VIP Dual Wield is not on the teleporter anymore. I'm working on a fix for that, Arcatraz had to be removed for now since there was a lot of problems with it and i was unable to get it working the way it did on 4.0.6, we are planning to re-release it. It might be a different dungeon though. Learning all weapon types was removed, we thought it was a silly thing to have in the first place. So if you have any donation weapons that you can't use anymore please make an admin ticket and we will change it to one you can use for free. Some things might be a little off, we are going to fix any issues you guys find. So please report everything that is missing or not working the way it should. We will fix it as soon as we can. Players should have everything they had on 4.0.6 Eternian. Beefstorm, Rocx and myself worked very hard on this. We hope everyone likes it. The new realm should be up as soon as we finish copying characters over.

Hi, what realm are you trying to connect to and are you using your email or account name? For Reaper/Hyjal you need to use your email and the 4.3.4 client. You can get that via the IceCold launcher. For Eternian you need our 406 client and you need to use your account name to login. You can download the 4.0.6 client here if you need it.
