  7. I am right now in full X gear and I am not even a tenth into the weapon parts I need. The speed at which you acquire these wep parts is so unbalanced. I'm not the one to cry when something is too hard but I am when something is too unbalanced like this. Right now I have to run to the end of the instance once a day just to get the quest, fighting through all those mobs which drop stones and fine iron which I totally don't need, risking death which will reset me back to the start of the instance, making the fact that the boss is at the very end of it even more ballbreaking. I could just get a party and logout at the very end of the instance, behind the final boss, then get an alt or something to share the quest with us, then just log out after it's complete and repeat for around 2 weeks. But even that is way more tedious than right click killing mobs for an entire month. Ideas: 1. a) Make the daily quest give 10k (this is not too much) wep parts, b ) make mobs and bosses drop wep parts, c) make only bosses drop botanist stones (and potentially weapon parts), so that the speed at which you gain wep parts and stones is balanced out. 2. a) Completely remove the system that teleports you to the start of the instance (it is not time efficient to run to the point you died at once you pass the first 2-3 bosses (depending on your movement speed), from that point onwards if you die it's much faster to just reset the instance completely), b ) make it so that you are teleported to the start of the instance and revived only once you release spirit, so that you have a chance to get resurrected by another player once you die, further encouraging team play. 3. I am inclined to believe the developer team has done all of this on purpose with a thought such as this in mind: Make the only reason and plausible time to do the dungeon once the daily quest is refreshed, so that the number of stones you get for 1 such run needed to complete the quest combined with the stones you get from the quest itself would make it so that once the quest(s) yield enough Frozen Weapon Parts, you would also have enough stones to complete everything in around the same time. If that is the case, then I would strongly advise adding daily quests for all other bosses aswell, and decreasing the number of materials the quests award by 10-20%. If this is not the case, or if one of the ideas from #1 are chosen, then #3 should be ignored. If #3 is correct and chosen, #1 should be ignored. 4. Add Frozen Weapon Parts V to the Corrupted Eggs/Event token vendor.

  17. I think I saw on a Reaper thread before that new custom gems would require a custom patch and that "isn't going to happen". But I like the gem idea, they could perhaps make it so that the meta gem mats (stun, crit, silence, etc.) cost honor points. A lowly gem crafter that just started would have difficulties with this, but a pvphead without jewelcrafting would be glad to buy more than enough mats for him, further bolstering the trading system in the game. Note that there is more than 2 types of meta gems (not just the Skyflare and the other popular one, there's one more I think), so if an honor price was placed on these 2 mainstream ones the devs would have to put aside their laziness and search their way through the Jewelcrafting recipes or ask someone... And actually, why stop at gems. They could also make glyph mats and weapon chain (obviously the cost for this would be massive considering you don't need a large number of mats compared to gems) (for disarm) mats cost honor points too.

  22. You forget your place (the server you play on). This server isn't the one to focus on an epic boss fight of godlike proportions with amazing precision dodging required to just get a chance to land a hit on it, and keep on repeating this with your entire party until the bugger drops dead, for mythical gear drops. No, this is a server that requires you to right click a mob, kill it, and then repeat 20 trillion times to finish a gear set. How hard a mob is to kill here does not matter in the least as long as he can be killed, what matters is how many of em you have to kill and how long it takes.
  23. 4) Nerf Shadowsbane But I mean it was pretty obvious even at the previous thread what the results of a poll like this would be, everyone just wants to be as OP as possible and work as little as possible for it, that's the primary reason private servers can survive (points at VIP). Note: I said primary. I know some people can be enough of a liar and say "I donated cause I like the server and wanted to support it", but even if they manage to keep a straight face while saying that, I'd like to see them try to do the same when claiming the majority of the realm's vip gear was bought for the same purpose. I've gone a bit off topic here, don't mind me. Make a non-joke poll "Should we hand out shadowsbane for free if you compliment the team enough" vs "Should people farm for shadowsbane" and you'll know what I'm talking about.
  24. The thing is, mastery is useless for around 30% of the classes in their non-vip form. And even if what you just recommended was done, wouldn't that make Shadowsbane worthless to farm? It's easier to get indeed, but having a gear set just so uselessly laying around isn't very appealing for the people who made it, and most people won't invest the effort into farming it as Ice Warden would be the road to victory. Useless against dots. Stam buff prevented getting one shots from single damage spells, but dots for most casters do 2m in one cast, an HP threshold which doesn't appear to be a problem for you to reach, hence my previous statements about you not experiencing what the problem is, you know of the problem, but you don't know the problem. I disagree, it's not balanced at all, it needs its attack power and strength/agility completely removed, no more 2% or 10% nerfs, a complete wipe, so that people actually have to use 2% of their brain when mixing gear pieces, like they did on Eternion. Having Arcatraz gear annihilate Ice Warden gear both in metas and in overall stats given is dumb. You had a courage warrior on Eternion, I am sure you know what I am talking about, but I am also sure you want to be as OP as possible, whatever it takes.

It does matter, as having 8000 resistances never lets you experience how truly terrifying Shadowsbane casters are, and being a warrior never lets you experience a situation in which you are utterly defeated in the damage department. And the rest of what you said is something everyone is aware of, even the devs.
