The limits we were talking about hitting are HP limits on mobs, the HP we'd give you guys is just a bit of a balance for making things a bit less faceroll. Trying to make it so PvP isn't 1 shot, and making it so when we introduce 100% required healers, it's not just "1 heal 100% hp". Also, most the issues we were having with HP limits were due to ex-staff members adding their friends thousands of dollars of free stats, making them do insane amounts of damage. Was just us being blind to the situation at the time :(

This would just overall double all the stamina on every item in the game. 1.5 is doable, but 2x would solve some issues for us including a smaller bit of PvP balance (casters won't one shot) and a bit more healing balance for future instances. We're currently in the process of revamping most of the instances, and increasing the damage would be simple. So, that's not an issue. :)

-Update June 6th 2015- A new Chillzone was added to give players a place to hangout that doesn't involve PvPing. Today we worked on the scaling of the following spells to make them more viable in PvP and PvE combat. Some spells were scaled up, and some may have been scaled down. These changes are not final, and are not the only changes to come. If you have any issues with the new changes, or would like to suggest a spell to be changed, please contact someone in game. Also, please keep in mind that not all spells can be fixed or scaled properly. Some examples are Bladestorm, and Attonement. Spells: Ignite (Re-enabled), Living Bomb, Flame Orb, Explosive Shot, Steady Shot, Cobra Shot, Black Arrow, Serpent Sting, Lightning Bolt, Lava Burst, and Unstable Affliction.

To start, sorry for the late reply. I've been slacking on viewing the forums lately :/ I don't recall disabling the mastery, or anyone else. I'll have to double check and edit this post later. But, just as a general statement, most of the spells on the current core are bugged, and a majority of the masteries are either hit or miss (only work % of the time) or just flat out don't work. Hopefully this will be resolved soon(™), but I have no ETA. Edit: Doesn't look to be disabled.

Just to clarify for everyone. If we do a stat slash it will work somehow like retail did it. This won't effect anyone's strength in general, if you can kill a mob in 3 seconds, you'll still be able to kill that mob in 3 seconds. All this does for us is it gives us more breathing room to create new content. Right now we can't create anything more enjoyable for a high donor to do seeing as we're at the literal cap of what we can make. We're at the HP limit, armor limit, and we're even using insane damage reductions and it's still dying in sub 30 seconds. This is just going to give us more room to create more content.

This is still a project that we wish to work on, but sadly it might take a bit longer than expected. There's no defined haste caps for different levels, meaning even at level 1 your haste cap is still going to be ~12800. We do plan on going back into the haste script and adding extra haste caps for different levels, but this might take us a little while.

A bit late, but I just got around to reading through the forums. It might be a mistake of mine, but if I did it all correctly, it should be 10% of an item upgrade per bag. I may have done it wrong, or the early drops might just be a lot easier to get than the later ones. I'll look into changing these amounts, as the Event Reward vendor was just something that I threw together in an hour as it was suggested, and something I could do quickly. If you guys have any other suggestions of items to add to the vendor, or feedback for improvements on the vendor, I'll try to keep up to date on the forums posts about it. :) -
If you can make a ticket under the "Contact an Admin" section, we'll be glad to help you out! Make sure you include specific details such as what items your missing, what character the items where on, and in the case it's not showing in our system any proof you have of the items.

Due to multiple requests, we've made a new currency for Event Points. Event Points are earned by completing an event in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place. 1st Place: 30 Event Points 2nd Place: 20 Event Points 3rd Place: 10 Event Points A new vendor has been added to the Gurubashi Arena named "Terran Steelhand". This vendor currently has a small variety of items that you can use your Event Points on, such as any farming materials, and Transmog Tokens. All suggestions of items to be added to the vendor are welcome in this thread. Please use the following format. Item Name: Worn Greatsword Item Price: 10 Event Points Reasons why it should be added: -Place a reason here- Enjoy!

1) We tried to add Catacombs in order to make it a bit easier to get Frozen weapons, so it would end up being one or the other, cause players would only do one, sadly. 2) A transmog instance could be cool, but a lot of transmogs are already in our vendors. We'd need to get a bunch of suggestions for items for this to happen. I can make another thread with that, if players like this idea (PM me if you do) 3) I just did. He said he needs a bit more time to test it, but it is created. 4) I'm not quite sure about that. Maybe we can make a vanity dungeon, that cycles through a ton of quests that give a fun item? Would need to get a list of fun items, though. 5) World Bosses are getting a bit crazy, to be honest. We're trying to think of a better way for players to get materials from CP, but we're in the process of a ton of other things. Any suggestion that would be enjoyed by the player base for this are welcome. (Custom dailies for each instance, a daily quest that allows players to get like 10 Unbound Energy, etc) 6) Farmable non-VIP bags are getting quite dull, to be honest. I want to think of something that's a tad more rewarding than just the same stats on some bag. 7) Done. @ Arena. This idea would take quite a while, but it's a good idea. Something that's very rewarding, but a pain to get. I'll try to throw something together that would be a "prototype" for this, but even then it would take a while to fully release. I don't want to rush something like this. I'm not sure how many people actually know, so I'll post it here. Eternian is working on implementing the character shop, but first we need to fix it up a bit. First, we need to be able to make sure all players have the correct product for their gear, in order to prevent our system from removing their items due to it not being recorded on the site, and then we need to make sure it transfers that product. If I recall correctly, the last time we tested it, the products weren't being transferred between accounts. :(

That's just something that was already in the system when I got here. I'll see if we can get that removed, though. It does seem a bit overboard. No, you can't. They're actually just fractions of a Magic Gold, so if anything you'd need 8 more to redeem a 1 Magic Gold. Sorry :(

I appreciate you making a post, here's my two cents. As for what Aloran did, it should be blatantly obvious that we implemented the filtering system on our own, and the words in that filter aren't meant to be spoken in world chat. I would personally think it's quite obvious to not avoid that filter. If players have an issue with a word that is being filtered, feel free to make a post about it, PM me, or message me on Skype. I've removed things from it before, and I'm open to any suggestions. As for the things are getting a bit to strict, I don't quite have the time to be in-game all the time, so I can't quite see exactly every situation. I'll talk to some people, and if it is the way it sounds (Lost City 2.0) I'll try to make some adjustments to fix this issue, and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. :) E: I took a few seconds to see some of the video. I won't remove it, but just put a warning that it's a bit vulgar.

I'll see if we can add something like it used to be, and have players revive via their Magic Stone. The only downside to this, is we won't be able to stop players that are just extremely patient from spawning behind you in the arena. If they want to wait the 2 minutes to get that one glorious kill on a player, we can't stop em.

As Chip said, IceCold has no plans to die in any way. We're just a bit more occupied in adding some new features, and we get a bit tied up. We might seem a bit quiet, and it might seem dull when not a lot of content is being pumped out, but it's due to the fact that we're in the process of making a lot bigger things. :)

I just now got a chance to look at this post. First, I have something to ask of you. If you've got an issue with Eternian post it in the Eternian forums, so when it gets out of hand like it always does, I can at least close the thread without having to go out of my way to get someone who can to close it for me. If you have an issue with the staff, I'd also prefer you come to me, instead of posting on the forums openly. Yeah, it should be brought to everyone's attention that something needs to change, but these threads cause so much drama that we don't need as it is. I'll read through the thread and I'll post comments on what I feel needs to be addressed. But, as far as I can see the links in the OP are from a long time ago, and have been resolved. I'm trying my best to fix the issues we have with Eternian, but I'm only one person. I know I have a whole staff team, but by the looks of it that's where I need to start. /e As for ALL the comments, including the ones by "Space" (A.K.A Botd), most of them aren't needed. That's the reason we have most of these issues. People don't know how to let the past go, this is a video game, we don't need all this. As I said above, a majority of the points that were brought up directly are in the past. I know there's some stuff that has come up recently, and no one brought it up. I'm going to make a lot of rule changes, including GMs and players. If anyone has any issues, come to me personally. My Skype is Vynlendus, and I'll listen to any complaints or suggestions, and try to make this a more player friendly community.

This code will give all players 20% off on their next 15 purchase starting today, December 4th, and ending on January 1st, 2015. This coupon will only be able to be entered during checkout for all Ice-Eternian store items. If you would like to use this code in order to purchase a custom order, you will need to specify in your ticket.

Eli and I discussed the ban, and we decided that all in all it wasn't worth a permanent ban, due to the fact that the staff was at fault too. Kickspeed is in no way involved in this, and the HGM thing, I'm not sure about it, but that'll never happen. It might have been a different conversation that was going on at the time, or maybe just a joke. Anyways, the reason for unban was that the staff is at fault for it just as much as Lianique, so we decided to lift the ban, and give very strict rules to the player.
