While the idea is fine, as it was said above it would just be unprofessional to do something like that. Somebody may be permanently banned, but the donator stuff on their account is still their property, they simply can no longer access it. There's also far too many problems associated with it, such as the banned player just using a proxy and buying their own account back, or an auctioned account suddenly losing all it's VIP items due to a later payment dispute from the original owner.

This has been looked into before and we have determined that it is not technically feasible with current Cataclysm clients.

There's no rules against dual-boxing, but you won't gain honor from killing your own characters. The system will detect that both are logged in from the same machine and not give any rewards.

I quite like the most recent version. Couple of notes: -Those 6 squares in the bottom left I assume are the small weblink and reinstall buttons? I'd not have them all on one corner. -The main IceCold logo on the top would have to remain as the current one at the top of this website, for consistency.

IceCold-WoW is excited to announce an upcoming population challenge for both realms. The challenge is to have sixty (60) accounts online at the same time on each of the two realms (120 total) on April 20th. If the goal is reached, the reward will be seventy (70) Vote Points for all the accounts that were online during the event! The challenge is that easy, just log in with everyone else on the date! IceCold-WoW has a fully-featured Authenticator system to increase the security on your account. If you have an Android, iPhone, Windows Phone or Blackberry, you can use this system. It's very easy to setup: 1) Go to your "Game Panel -> Security & Login" on the website: http://www.icecold-w...panel/security/ 2) Under the Google Two Step Authenticator section, Tick the Enable box. 3) Download the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone Android: Here iOS: Here Windows Phone: Here 4) Using the app, scan the QR code on the Security page, or manually enter the Secret Code. 5) The app can now generate authenticator codes. Enter a generated code into the box at the bottom and click Save Changes. Notes: Once you activate the authenticator, you can no longer view the Secret Code until the authenticator is disabled. Activating the authenticator logs you out of all realms. You cannot deactivate the authenticator without entering an authentication code. The authenticator codes are enforced on both the website and game login. The game login will ask for an authenticator code once every 7 days, unless a different IP address attempts to log in, which prompts for a code immediately. The Gold and Guild systems have been re-written on all realms. Gold System Limit for gold in inventory is now 1,000,000g Gold amounts up to 1,000,000g can be traded The Auction House supports bids/buyouts up to 1,000,000g Guild banks have a maximum of 1,000,000g Guild System System has been re-written in the back-end. Works more efficiently. Bugs with bank tab access have been fixed. Bugs with guild masters losing permissions has been fixed. Many small miscellaneous bugs fixed. Guild Rename service coming soon. The server cores were updated to include the following changes/fixes: Creatures that drop custom currencies such as IceGold or Magic Gold will now correctly send it to the player who is entitled to the loot, not the player who dealt the final hit to him. Custom currency loot drops now support rewarding groups as well as individual players. This has not been activated on any mobs or bosses yet, but will be soon. IceCold AntiCamp warnings no longer reset after a ban. AntiCamp will kick you as a punishment for your first 3 offenses. Further offenses will incur account suspensions, and the more previous offenses you have, the longer the suspension. When AntiCamp detects that you are one kill away from incurring a punishment, it will immediately interrupt your spells, AoEs and attacks, and warn you in your chat. This will prevent accidental triggers, as well as help prevent other players tricking you into being punished. It was just a display bug. It's fixed now.

All realms are following the global rules http://www.icecold-wow.com/rules. There are no other rule-sets defined anywhere on the website. So if someone sees those rules being broken or incorrectly enforced by staff on any realm, they should report it as normal.

I think you have the wrong idea about the setup. Eternian was a separate server. It had it's own website, login, etc. But it's been aquired (for lack of a better term) by IceCold, and added to the IceCold Network as a new realm, and it's old players added to our own system. There is no more Eternian website, realmlist, login. It's no different to IceCold creating a new realm, we just added one that already had staff and players. Ice-Eternian is an IceCold realm, just like Ice-Reaper. We just kept the same staff when we added it.

Even if it allowed that server-side, your game client would not allow you to do that unless you modded it :) and restrictions are there for practical reasons. Long names with spaces in them would break soooo many systems.

Every time a custom title is added: -Server files need to be manually updated -New patches need to be manually sent out to everyone's launcher, and many players don't even use it so won't get the patch -Realm needs rebooting -Result is a title that half of the players can even see at best So custom titles are one of those things that's possible, but a flat-out no from me.

I got an 840 Pro as it was the best available at the time. SSD life expectancies are far longer than the average time between upgrading your HDD so there's no issue there. No issues with the cooler, horror stories are normally with defective models that leak. 650w is plenty for the current components, and I don't plan to use multiple GPUs anytime soon in the future so I didn't bother with higher.
