Please go to [http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/banned] for further information. I am using the IceCold Launcher with the same info I use for the website. I am using Windows 10 if that matters.
bomblast92 Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 Try see if you can set your wow version to 4.0.6 on the website, make sure to have your realmlist set to IceCold's and log in with the username and not with the email.

Spacepanther Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 1. Make sure your password does NOT contain any special characters, otherwise it won't register correctly with the game server. It will say you typed it in wrong.2. You have 19 failed login attempts to the account, you banned yourself from the account login temporarily. I believe it is 15 minute lockout for every 3 failed attempts. 3. Check any issues with bans here: http://www.icecold-wow.com/armory/gamepanel/bancheck/
