Multiboxing Clarified [Important]

I have seen a ton of questions about this issue, and I think it needs to be completely settled. Please read this, don't miss the yellow words...

I gladly submit this knowledge from my time I have had with IceCold.

 

Multiboxing is not a bannable offense, nor is it against the rules at www.icecold-wow.com/rules

This means you can do things like take your alts with you to loot the farmed materials, or to party with you to get their daily done.

You can even make a raid group with yourself and farm the Haunted Ashbringer.

 

However, multiboxing with multiple accounts in the arena to farm honor is bannable due to the rules preventing honor farming. Just as if you asked a player to keep respawning so you can get honor.

Fun fact: You don't get honor or kill points from killing a toon on the same IP. So multiboxing to honor farm is pointless cause you won't get honor :P

So if I were at someone's house with my laptop playing with them I won't get honor from PvPing with them?

Well, if you were on the same IP. Yes, you would not receive any Honor Points. But; if you had different IPs while in same household. You will get honor.
