    It is normally supposed to take a while for the first time after you use the Reinstall. Just open it up and let it stay on that black screen until it goes to the login screen. It may take 10 - 15 minutes.

    Hello, go to your profile on the website and change your expansion to Cataclysm and not WotLK.

    Just click the "2" right beside where it says New Friend Requests and it will send you there.

    On the Icecold Launcher, just open it up and at the bottom-middle is a button named "(Re)-Install" or "Re-Install."
