    Dont like the new loss of haste proc's at all, not happy with this. :(

      I removed the haste procs to help druids from bugging out. I will be balancing gear and weapons when I do those overhauls.

      When I do Gear, I will do VIP gear, when I do weapons, I will do VIP weapons.

      The main goal of this is to balance things out.
