Sorry for interfering, but i just wanted to state some things regarding bitcoin based on the very little things i know. All i pretty much have to say is that it's value is changing extremely frequently and it's not worth messing with, unless you have the asset to get into and stay in the bitcoing business. You could sell 1 bitcoin at the value of $100, and 1 hour after, that value could get to $2 (bad luck for the new 1 bitcoin holder), or it could get to $300 (good luck for the new 1 bitcoin holder). With that said, i hope i gave you an example of some negatives. -Don

I haven't really put any effort into reading the details of the site but i must inform you that there are plenty of sites that do what cash-u does, yet they recieve a small percentage of the amount credited to your account every time you do a transaction. Be aware of that before you try anything. It's not a scam, it's just a way of profit for the service providers. This is a note to everyone who read/is about to read this and try such a method. I'm glad you got your lesson, yet, there are more reasons that the staff is not supporting account sharing. Very few people will respect someone else's property, especially when it comes to virtual property, so don't be surprised when something bad happens to something you own from another person. It can be caused by other outdated addons as well. Make sure you have all your addons in a compatible version for your wow. If you have a 4.0.6 version wow, you need to re-download all your addons as 4.0.6 compatible versions. I hope that helped, good luck. -Don

As Reng mentioned, this has nothing to do with the GMs in-game. You have to be patient in such matters, as long as we don't have an automated system for your donation rewardings, at least not yet, you have to allow the admins at least 24 - 48 hours to fully complete your order. I hope you understand that there can be more priorities sometimes, hence the slow or not handling. -Don

The "wannabegm" reference is not considered as an insult by it's own. I'd personally take it as a compliment for being helpful like a GM would do. Other than that, even if we are able to see the chat logs, i'd strongly advice you to always provide unedited screenshots as stated above by Banelings. Back to the report though. Some friend, or some virtual friend that got your account somehow. That's still a possibility you know. Anyway, try your luck in an admin ticket over at Admin Support, let them know all possible info you can give and ask for what you like.

I'm sorry but with no proof of ownership of that account i doubt our admins can do anything. You could be someone random trying to get access to a vip account, without being the owner of it. I hope you understand, the privacy reasons.

The Admins cannot do anything when it comes to giving away email names etc. It's your own responsibility to have knowledge of your email's info. Now, what you can do, is use that magical function that almost every service has, called "Forgot Password?" and try your luck with it. If you can eventually find a mail sent in any email of yours regarding a donation you made to the IceCold Servers, that includes the transaction id etc, then i believe that could be enough proof for the retrieval of your account. Hope i helped as much as i could. Good luck with this, and just for future reference, when you use any kind of account (email, paypal etc) for payment, and it's the only proof you had of that payment, be sure to save the info of the account, either write the info on some paper or in your brain's subfolder, in case your case is about forgetting the email account's info. Please let your friend attend to the Contact Admins department and file an Admin Ticket (Request), with enough info that can tell if he is the owner of the account or not. I hope you understand our position.. This could be anyone asking for a recovery of an account he knows, but yet doesn't own. -Don

Thorns spell is already working, like i said in my previous post, so give it a try if you wish. Try using it with an average gear equipped and i'm sure you'll see it's effectiveness. ;)

Hello. Due to the server merge with ice-cold, some Eternian account names have "e85" added to the beginning of them. So for example, if your account name was "protos", now it should be "e85protos". Give it a try, if that doesn't work, please attend to the Lost Password page, to recover it using your email. Good luck, -Don

Thorns spell is already enabled, and if i'm correct you are saying about an active spell that expires after an X amount of time? If that amount of time is more than the actual time that the legit spell provides, it could be more over-powered than any kind of "shield", even shaman's lighting shield or paladin's retribution aura. Seeing results of thorns spell on a druid with an extremely good gear (Firebats), believe me, you would mind a lot having this on him. :P Anyway, the overall idea, with a huge nerf and increased active time COULD be implimented, however it'd definitely need some balancing.
