Are you launching the game via the IceCold.exe? If so, try to run it as Administrator.

You can download the launcher here http://www.icecold-wow.com/downloads. You can download the game via the IceCold Client. It also downloads World of Warcraft automatically. Just wait til it's done. Remember to run the Launcher as Administrator.

Did you launch the Launcher as Administrator?

You gotta make a new folder. For example: IceCold-WoW. You gotta put the launcher in there and run it as Administrator. It comes up with "game was not found", just ignore that lel. Click "OK" and click on the blue circle (reinstall game patch). It will install the game. So, please be patient.
