So, i really don't have any experience with this problem, nor do i have the knowledge to know the solution. Don't get me wrong, i like the post. But, That's all everyone says really. "We need new content" "Examples: - More content - Stuff to do - Vip shat" I think what we need to do to get stuff like this done is setting up a complete concept. You came up with the basics, which is a good start. But i think for, for example, the gear sets to be changed, we're gonna have to make a post/poll with several suggestion. Find out what the community wants, put it all together. Meaning someone needs to take the time to gather all the information required for the gear skin to be changed. Which is basically only the display IDs. Once research has been done and choices have been made, then the team can do the part we can't, editing the db. This way efforts can be divided, making it easier to implement changes outside of vacations etc.

If the idea was exactly like i sketched, then yes. But it's not. I'm not blaming anyone. At all. Read "No offence". I've been part of this team and i'd never try to insult it's capability. This is just the way i see things, focus should placed on other things rather than an entire new chain. But very well. I'll be waitin' in front of the tree. Better hope there's some god damn presents there. Betch. There should be plenty of available dungeons left right? Otherwise you could always use the "off-map" area inside dungeons? A suggestion post could be pinned asking for players to post their favorite combination. There's enough attention, that's for sure.

Cmon Daz.. We've been waiting some time now for a new upgrade. No offence, Tiri can take all the time he needs, but an entire new chain? I think everyone that has been here for longer than 2 weeks could agree on the fact that it's not happening for at least another 6 months. Things like this should not be mentioned really. You're bringing up people's hopes while it simply won't happen. I'm not even talking about the actual idea itself. If he actually means a second set which allows you to choose, ill support that. But it wont Ever Happen.

Icecold uses an inactivity wipe. Whenever you don't log in for a certain amount of days your characters will be wiped from the database. There is no way to get it back. Vip accounts will never be affected by this system. Also, if anyone would know the exact amount of days after which the system starts deleting, please do post it. I want to know, and i bet Warzakz does as well.

So basically, a set that's better than impeccable, but you don't have to get impeccable for it. Might just as well swap the starter gear vendor for an impeccable vendor. Hell why make it a vendor, let's just have every new character start with full impeccable. Perhaps thrown in some Fotbs as well to make it look better.

Well i for one would instantly leave if that would happen. It's not gonna be that easy to find someone >over the web< who you can trust enough to do so. That's really all up to you. It's the lovely Icecold community that keeps me coming back. Eventho it got smaller, most of the people that actually matter are still there once in a while.

You do know how to obtain purchases? If not, you can do so by using your teleporter. Right click it and look for the option "Receive my purchases." This will cause your purchased items to end up in your bags. If you did all this, please wait for a staff member to assist you further.

Without the intention of bumping this old thread i noticed your question due to an ad begin posted. The reason your characters are missing is most likely due to the Icecold inactivity wipe. I kinda forgot about the exact amount of days, but after a pretty long time of not logging, non-vip accounts will be wiped, meaning the loss of characters. Vip account are not affected by this system.

Yea.. I can understand that.. Sorry i wasn't able to solve this annoying issue.. For the help, you're very welcome, always have been. Glad i could be of the slightest help even though we weren't able to solve it.

Guess you should execute whoever provides you with internet. The issue isn't the WoW files or even the pc, since you formatted. Unless a random stranger pops up with the ultimate solution, i'd say don't pay, so they won't extend the duration of this package. Just get a new one whenever this one ends. Since that's basically what created the whole thing, it should be able to be fixed the same way i guess.

How do you mean exactly? Is it like beneath 150 overall but sometimes goes up to 154-500? Or is it still insanely high and does it drop to 154-500 once in a while? If you're still experiencing an amazingly high ms then i guess it must be your connection, having your pc formatted and all. Keep us up to date.
