Stuck on blank User Agreement (Mac)

I just downloaded the mac launcher and followed every step, but somehow I'm stuck on a blank User Agreement screen where I either press "Accept" or "Decline".

Just hit agree agree agree agree, and when you get to Go F*ck Yourself, Hit accept. - Ray Romano

Hit agree to each page, then you're in.
