Next is to try and reinstall the patch via the launcher. Last suggestion is to start the game via the launcher and wait a while when it first starts. Its normal for you to get a black screen for a while as it does an initial load up. If you continue to have problems try to get accurate description of the warnings, error numbers or even screen shots if you can.
