The only thing I can see that happened was on of the gem bosses had bugged out and I was attacking it, but a perma ban for it? Or is there something wrong with the pally rotation? I was there and I reset the boss, you went right back to bugging it again so it wouldn't attack you. This was the second time you did it, the first time was the same thing. You bugged the mob, I reset it and you went right back to pulling the mob to bug it out. Per the rules bug abusing for self-benefit is a perma ban. I gave you a warning. If you weren't clear on the rules you could have asked, but you didn't and broke the rules again.
