I constantly get a tab like this when I open certain threads in the forums. Oddly a pop up?

I don't think it's purposely put there by the IceCold admins, you may have installed adware on your computer which is causing this to happen, usually it's hidden in program installers.

 

Just make sure when installing programs to check the program and hit the checkbox which says 'No I don't want this.' If it is additional software you were not originally installing. To get rid of your current problem I suggest uninstalling recent programs you have installed and install them again but check for extra pages in the setup for Adware.

Thank you Trav0405, I found the problem, something called CamStudio actually installed the ad-ware without my consent. I found it, uninstalled, and scanned my computer before start-up to clean out problem files. All things are peachy.

 

 

 

In this case, I am looking for a free screen recording software, anyone have recommendations?
