To have a item with stats as high as the Adminator would be impossible. Paypal has I believe a cap of $3,000 being spent on 1 thing. If not IceCold had a cap of $3,000 when we could make custom weapons. I remeber questioning how much it would cost to make a adminator and lets just say... its well over $3,000.
