Accout Problem

hey i played about 1 year ago on this server and when i log in i dont have any char on account can u tell me why?

 

and its there any way to get it back?

Icecold uses an inactivity wipe.

Whenever you don't log in for a certain amount of days your characters will be wiped from the database.

There is no way to get it back.

Vip accounts will never be affected by this system.

 

Also, if anyone would know the exact amount of days after which the system starts deleting, please do post it.
