Last time a checked, death strike did not heal me as a vip death knigh (well, not as much as it used to in retail wow). Has the problem been fixed?

Lol he's throwing all the suggestions at you. Well, im not a programmer but i have been here long enough to know for certain that some of them are not possible. But to me it seems like he has devoted a lot of time to write those down and some of them are quite popular and good I have a lot of ideas about the ITEMS. As far as the instances, I'd say we need to make use of the extra places, possible utilize Dalaran as the main city, clean it out and add in some vendors. Create a better teleportation area in Dalaran to save us all the trouble of using the IceCold Teleporter. The IceCold Teleporter could be used to go to the "Armory" to visit "The Blacksmith" to do the upgrades. Create a tutorial zone for newbies that has a vast array of tutorial quests going through the step-by-steps of IceCold WoW. This will remove the issue where new players teleport to Deepholm upon starting fresh and asking for free stuff. Have a new account recognition software force the new accounts to a place called "Fresh Ice Cold" or something to signify the players' newness. VIP gears need to be refreshed every so often. VIP6 and 7 at least need to switch. VIP7 gear looks really lame compared to VIP6. That is sad to say because VIP7 is more expensive. I am a player that plays not only to look cool, but to destroy in PvP areas. Get rid of the weapon upgrade materials. Instead add in "The Blacksmith" whom you can turn in your weapon and a new "Weapon Token" system to upgrade weapons. This will, instead of changing the weapon to something else, increase the stats on the weapon by a certain amount or a percentage. Whichever it is you are doing now, implement the Weapon Upgrade Token. (maybe a little far fetched but i dunno really :P)

I have to say, tier 5,6 and 10 are BY FAR the best looking ones in wow. So you should focus on that. Also, GET THE TRANSMOGRIFICATION FEATURE WORKING FFS

I think he means that once a player reaches impec on one char, then he gets to repeat the same process only with better gear. I mean, that would be awesome, especially if the stats got an improvement and reached VIP 3 - 4 levels which i personally think makes sense, cause if you spend 50 $ on perfection, the you only just get to skip the really long process of gathering mats. Which should be reallyyyyyyyy long. But still, not Holy Ashbringer long, cause thats just inhumane. Well, perhaps the final gear set.

So what now? If Ryan and Jordan have loosen up, why not let sell the server? Or atleast trust someone to run it for them. Otherwise, whats the point to keep playing?

We havent had a serious post regarding real server issues for several weeks and This is the topic that comes up again? Is it just me or is the server dead?

But we cant act like they' re unalterable, cause they are. All we need is either to put up a voting poll or text ryan that in order for the server to get more players, we need to loosen up a bit, amongst other things of course...

I just dont see the use of perma-bann. Not in this server. I mean, we got only few active members, i dont see how banning someone permanently from playing will help the server in any way. Instead, i suggest removing any purchased VIP or banning for a couple of months instead of this. I mean it is ridiculous. Perma bann should be used ONLY if someone is banned for many consecutive times and yet continues to break the rules. But even then it is a really heavy form of punishment and im against it.

Any particular reason why the server is socially dead for a week and the latest topic for 4 consecutive days has been ''cookies or hotdogs''?

If he doesnt want to participate then i understand. But generally, I think he deserves some recompense for being so helpful. I mean the guy was a gm and did contribute to the server. Except nobody really does cause we're bored. Maybe he can be premoted to a low rank gm or something. I mean cmone, the guy has a life. You want pros then hire some but with real money this time. Perks alone wont do. Having one more gentle player amongst the staff couldnt hurt. Online gaming could use more friendly people. Good guy flash, helping me out in the past and all.

I was talking about having the gms respawning a particular boss, not playing as the boss. For crying out loud its what they were hired for. If you cant get them do the simplest of things here, maybe you should hire pros instead of 10 year olds ?

Why not have access to all spells? Imean it is a retail server right? So, say max level is 80. We all get to have tier 10 gear and battle a boss. A normal boss, it hasnt got to be a gm. Its just thta the gms will be hosting it. So they get to choose the players. Say a certain amount of players sign up for this particular event. 10 would be ideal, since thats the standard size of a raid group. No max haste no nothing, just retail wow gear. By the end of the week, 10 players are RANDOMLY CHOSEN, to play healer, tank or dps. All players will be able to watch the event without being able to interfere. The grp gets a standard amount of gold, equally distributed among the members of the group, a piece of gear delivered by mail or even a weapon or rare mount. I think this should be the main pve event of this server.

I say, since there is a new server coming up, why not organize events there? We all get to play 85 (only because of the event) under retail wow circumstances.

Sure, but i wont be quitting icecold any time soon. Its an investment now. Its just that this is a key-season

I hate to be a wet blanket here... but when is patch 4.3 coming out after all? I know, Ryan said by the end of the summer, so i though maybe we could have a more elaborate answer this time round.
