Just so you know, Ryan gets a email everytime a Admin Ticket is made and whenever a player replies back to a Admin Ticket. Also, your VIP 5 was dealt with so closing the topic.

Don't use your email address when logging in. It makes World of Warcraft think you are trying to connect to retail so that's why it says you need to update your patch. Use your account name you registered with here.

And as a note, we can't modify the armor the gear has. Blizzard's armor calculation does that so we can't really change it. -

It is normally supposed to take a while for the first time after you use the Reinstall. Just open it up and let it stay on that black screen until it goes to the login screen. It may take 10 - 15 minutes.

Player DR can only be punished if they do it in /o. If it is in /s, /w, or some other channel just do /ignore on them.

The core of the server is 4.0.6, we support 4.0.6 - 4.3.4. We plan to update to 4.3.4 in the future but there is no estimate as to when it will happen, building on the 4.3.4 core is taking a long time.

Just ignore the spammers on the forums. I can flag them so it automatically gets rid of the account.

Something must have happened and it got deleted. You will have to make a Admin Ticket to get the VIP Set recovered on a new character, might have to specify the character's name.

Hello, we will not do that. If votes were based on the IP, people could easily get a lot of vote points in 1 hour. We do not want that so votes are based on the account.
