Hello Deadpool. Your characters were wiped by the Icecold Inactivity Wipe. This system wipes characters that have been inactive for 250 days. The system has been disabled now. Unfortunately there's no way to get your characters back as this system wipes characters to create space. As you might understand it would just be moving data rather than creating free space if the characters could be brought back. Vip accounts were never, nor will ever be affected by this system.

It seems your expansion is set to Wotlk. This might be the problem. Go to your Game Panel and change your expansion to Cataclysm. Hopefully this will do it.

I doubt it would have anything to do with the client since you can log onto Reaper without any problems. It has to have something to do with the Eternian realm in specific. Could there be any problem with your characters on Eternian causing the realm to kick you out again? Have you ever logged on to the Eternian realm before? I'm trying to find a solution, I'm sure the Eternian management is working on one as well.

I hope you don't mind me stepping in. A lot of times after server maintenance or if you are just having a hard time connecting to the game it's a good idea to power cycle the connection. This will clear out the DNS cache and allow the connection to build new connection information. Here's how to power cycle: 1. Turn off all computers on the network 2. Unplug the power from the modem and the router (if applicable) 3. Wait about 1-2 minutes 4. Plug in the modem first and wait for it to completely boot up 5. If there was a router, plug the power back in and wait for it to completely boot up 6. Turn on the computers and try the game out If that doesn't work try flushing the DNS: Windows 8 Windows 7/Vista Windows XP Mac Let us know what happens.

For starters, your last 2 posts were very off topic. Now you may feel your first post was completely on topic. The first post made contained a link to Twitch. The post makes believe that the guy streaming will be playing Counterstrike Global Offensive. You reply with a question which is related to streaming, but it is in no way related to Counterstrike. It's about WoW actually. The questions you've put in there are rather technical questions. Questions I feel would fit way better in the Tech Chat section rather than the General Chat section. To clarify this, you weren't banned for spam. You were banned for repeatedly speaking foul language in /o. The duration of muted was based on the fact that for what I had seen, this was a third offense. Later I got told you had been doing it all day, so I do not regret the mute. You were obviously aiming to get muted by the system, so I don't really see the problem. Unfortunately I cannot notice every single offense that is made. I wish I could. However, the offense you're speaking of got reported on the forums and Molten (The guy who posted above me) took care of it. You could have decided to report it, like Wraith did, and he would have gotten a mute as well.

This was indeed suggested before, several times. The idea was turned down simply because it would enable VIPs to become even more OP than they already are. If there'd be a way to allow a maximum of 2 of these weapons it might be worth considering, but as for now it'd be way too op. I will post a link to one of the suggestions so you can view it. This topic isn't being revived. For a topic to be revived it has to be inactive for over 2 months. The post made before the Cross-class spells was posted on February 18th. Nowhere near 2 months. Even if it was getting revived. It's a suggestion topic. The intention of this is to keep the fresh ideas going.

I'm gonna go ahead and close this. This topic keeps getting revived, apparently also after this post^. Please write your own Support topic, try to make it as complete as you possibly can. Post all the information about the error you have. @MAxor021 I did some quick research and this is what i found. This error usually means that the game files are corrupted beyond repair. However, go ahead and try running the repair found in the World of Warcraft folder. If that doesn't a work, a complete uninstall and reinstall of the game will be required. After you uninstall you should check for and delete any leftover files before reinstalling. Here are the locations you should check for any leftover files: C:\Windows\Temp C:\Documents and Settings\<YourName>\Local Settings\Temp (Delete all files in these folders that you are able to. Some files may be used by other programs and not able to be deleted.) C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft (Select and Delete this folder if it exists) C:\Program Files\Common Files\Blizzard Entertainment (Select and Delete this folder if it exists) C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft (Select and Delete this folder if it exists) C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Blizzard Entertainment\World of Warcraft\ (Select and Delete this folder if it exists) If necessary you can use the Icecold Launcher to re-install the game. If this does not solve your issue, please write your own topic. Adding all the information you possibly can will speed up the process of finding a solution. So please be as complete as possible.

The way the balance between classes currently is makes enough players whine about it already. I can understand the amount of fun being brought back in game by adding some of the missing spells, but they were disabled for a reason. Allowing characters to have spells that belong to different classes would create one big mayhem on Reaper. Besides, i think the difference between a vip and a non-vip can be big enough as it is. Allowing cross-class spells would only add up to this. This is just my opinion tho. ^This however might actually be a really good variation on the suggestion. People like to have their own look and there's a lot of spells or buffs out there that come with amazing visuals, but no other benefits. I think this could be something to like into some more, and i will be doing so.

You should know that we have access to chat logs. I actually went ahead and took a look myself. This is your side of the story. Here's mine: I indeed kicked you. This was an attempt to have you cool down a bit. The actual reason i gave was "Cool Down" As you can see above the staff has access to all the chat logs. Kicking you to disable you from taking screenshots wouldn't help you as the other staff members could simply check the logs and find the truth. Next time you choose to file a report, please add sufficient evidence.
