Spell Burning Embers WARLOCK

i can't link the spell because wowhead is in another patch. But that spell is suposed to make you soul fire cause a burning ember damage-over-time on the target equal to 30% of the damage done.... It just dosen't work.

I hope that someone fix it, because right now locks suck a lot.
