Custom Titles on Store

I want to be able to have my own custom title. On Reaper.

This has been brought up in the past, but yeah. I'd love to see this happen as well.

Every time a custom title is added:

-Server files need to be manually updated

-New patches need to be manually sent out to everyone's launcher, and many players don't even use it so won't get the patch

-Realm needs rebooting

-Result is a title that half of the players can even see at best

 

So custom titles are one of those things that's possible, but a flat-out no from me.

Secondary Possibility:

 

Add one title per VIP rank, different from others, to notify significance of VIP status and level.

This would allow you to add one title per VIP rank, and only have to do all of that once. This would be another perk of being VIP.

What you COULD do though is remove the restrictions concerning name choice. Say for example i want to name my char Awesomepallyohmygodxoxoxo, I cant because its too long. Or, if you cant do that, at least allow us to use commas, apostrophes, question marks, exclamation marks etc. Oh,and allow us to use Space so that we can create our own (short) titles (The Awesomepallyohmygodxoxoxo!!)

Even if it allowed that server-side, your game client would not allow you to do that unless you modded it :) and restrictions are there for practical reasons. Long names with spaces in them would break soooo many systems.
