why i can not upgrade my  [ Neltharion Torn Wing] to [Melee Cloak of IceGold] with

25 icegold bar..

Upgrade Failed! Your item remains unchanged.  said that..

but my 25 icegold bar  are gone.

please help me..

 Dont u know Upgrading any Deathwing items only have 75% chance of success

and 25% chance of fail

 

Thats your item Upgrade fail , try again . u might be lucky next time
