Without the intention of bumping this old thread i noticed your question due to an ad begin posted.

 

The reason your characters are missing is most likely due to the Icecold inactivity wipe.

I kinda forgot about the exact amount of days, but after a pretty long time of not logging, non-vip accounts will be wiped, meaning the loss of characters.

Vip account are not affected by this system.
