Repatution points?

So I want to apply for GM but I can't because it tells me i need 10 Reputatuion points and i only got 2, any help?

People have to like your posts to get reputation points.

I am afraid the reputation points is going to be a catch 22 for allowing people to apply for GM. The vast majority of people on Icecold forums who contribute here in a meaningful way don't get likes. Before the GM application change, it seemed pointless to like posts as it didn't mean anything and now I think people might hesitate to like post because it will lead to them having competition for GM applications. I am in the same boat as you, I have only recived one like so I am not eligible to apply for GM. But if that is what the admin want, that is cool with me. Btw I gave you a like :thumbsup:

Btw, all but one of the currently active GM's would not be eligible to apply for a GM positions at this time. I checked a couple of days ago when applications first opened up and only one active GM had more then 10 reputation points.

Reputation Point's are a good and bad thing

Bad- It holds some people that can/would be Great gm's back from applying

Good- It shows that people have good idea's and all their posts aren't Spam, because who would like a spam post?
