I say no to this. The whole point of voting is to get higher ratings on the vote sites so more people see it higher up. In turn when it's higher up more people are willing to try it because they'll think it's better since it's higher up. Yes this would be cool, but realistically it's not practical and doesn't really benefit the server.

My advise is to think before acting. I know this is a regretable action that you took (paying them the 100 in advance) but try to learn from it. In general NEVER pay someone that much for the Forgotten Blade or anything else on Icecold-wow. Also, if it's something you want that badly do 50% before and 50% after. Also have a GM watch over the transaction if you REALLY don't want to be scammed. That's all I can really tell you mate. Goodluck getting help for the Forgotten Blade.

I feel like it should stay the same. BUT I think they should add something worth like 4VP that makes a BoP item BoE. So people could sell those higher teir pieces. BUT they would have to vote (benefitting the server) to do so. Maybe not quite 4VP but maybe two.

Kiranvanek, for a quick Cataclysm download first make a new folder labeled "Icecold WoW' Then download the icecold launcher. Move the launcher into the "Icecold WoW" folder and open it. Then what you want to do is click "Reinstall game patch" in the lower lefthand corner. Then it's playable. You may want to leave it open for a few hours to let it actually download the game(From what I know you must be afk in game for it to download). You can play it right away but it may be slow.

Well, Koaladoe, this 4VP upgradable weapon (Thunderfury) has very low speed (From what I know it's 1.00-2.80). The speed on this weapon is very low, so in turn, it's not a great weapon. Your damage will be much better from even just the starter weapons. It is not worth getting let alone upgrading it to it's max upgrade level of +15. I suggest A: Doing the weapon quests. B:Saving your VP for the 30 VP weapons (which are worth the wait). Or C: Just getting help with the Ancient Ice boss and getting his weapons.

Prot hasn't really lost strength, and honestly, I never struggled with ret paladins in PvP. They just fell behind. What they did to Seal of Command was needed. But besides that I don't really notice any nefs. I think they're fine how they are at the momment.

Or you could just make a channel and invite fellow RP'ers into it. It all works, there's no reason for them to really add any more RP stuff to the server as it is. It's a PvP server and will be built around so.
