Well, some people open tickets, and they don't get answered. Why? Because sometimes, there are no GM's online. So I was wondering/suggesting if you guys could make something that tells the users if there are any GM's online so they know to make a ticket or not.

Player known as Pyralinda (arcane mage) was killing me on the edge of the arena, while I was in it. Told her to stop, but she didn't.
