Also the thing is have the Vip Extras avalible in-game like Vip Dungeon and such but i just cannot get my Vip 2 Gear.

What is fixed? I can't Recive my purchase in-game, also i know the purchase has gone through because a donated a long time ago and i quitted for a while and now im back on this server and i can't collect my gear. I've contacted an "Admin" called Luigi and he said he's gonna fix it but he never did.

Can some Game master please answer my support ticket? i've waited for 2 weeks now to get my donator gear and no one has answered me. Please help me with this.

Hey i created a ticket 3 days ago about my Donator Gear, i havent got it yet, someone did answer me and ask with accounts i want it to be on and i told him the Toons i want it on and he hasent fixed it yet, so can some Game Master check my Support ticket on the website please i've been waiting for quiet a while now. Thanks

Hey i donated a long time ago around 2011 and now i just started back on this server again and when i login on my account and try to redeem my Vip Gear it says "You have nothing to get" Now i have Vip Status i can teleport too all the Vip Areas and use all the Vip Privilegels. Does anyone know what the problem is or is there any Admin that could help me with this? Thanks and I really apperciate any help you can provide.
