Why monthly? How about weekly or even daily. This way it will bring more people online more often, rather than one day out of a month.

This server really needs more people. I think people are getting bored of the server after a few days. I think there should be quests to obtain gear. Also, more raids to go on that can not be soloed. I am just saying there needs to be more to do. It gets quite boring after a while.
