Visiting the trainer for it doesn't result in anything and the vendor for it is empty, yet the starter vendor has the inking set for sale. Is the profession disabled? And if so, why?

Alright, thank you! I'll be sure to do that in the future. Game runs fine now aside from a single disconnect, but i blame my net for that one.

Well let's hope they do so soon. The server is unplayable as is.

checking with Fast.com says my net is fine. But whenever i log into reaper and move around i have a three second delay or more to every action. Ping says im at 200, so something is definitely up. Im wondering if anyone else is suffering this issue though. Cause if no one else is it just means i cannot play.
