SET realmlist login.icecold-wow.com so what do i do copy/paste a real name to that?

ignore my last post i have diff prob now. when i play teh game it asks me to restart for patch do i click restart on teh screen and it says im up to date so i go bak in and it keeps asking me to do that ??? any help

When i press teh windows download button its says somtin then the lil ice window comes up sayins tat game not found and i cant save/put the thing in teh folder any advice plox?
