I did this about 3 times and the problem is still going what should i do now? Re-download wow?

When i launch the launcher it works but when i press the play ice-cold wow button it shows a message it says "items cache missing. please close this launcher open wow.exe then start this launcher again". and i did and it still continues can someone help me?

Beth banned me because she was spawning the goblins and i call her a b!@# please unban me.
