No, they only fixed totems so that totems count as a spell used by players. If they could do the opposite of that with lightning shield it could be fixed. (If it's even possible)

What about fixing it so lightning shield doesn't hit before it registers you being hit? Didn't totems avoid the system at one point? Could lightning shield be purposely bugged like that?

Seeing as how I play shaman a lot, I've noticed a bug they have with anticamp. If I have an anticamp warning on a person that is one shot by my lightning shield I will get banned if they hit me. The lightning shield hits before the actual hit taken and I have had a ban and a kick because of this a few minutes before this post. There is also a rogue that keeps trying to get me banned because of this (I got kicked but if I put the shield up I will get banned again, so I can't use totems or I get the warning). It would be nice if you could make lightning shield not trigger the anticamp because it's really annoying when I'm being teamed and Don't notice they have a warning then they hit me to get be banned.

The staff used to put things like that for the reason when they would perma ban somebody. Don't know if they still do but it usually means you're not getting unbanned.

They've disabled a few GM commands to prevent cheating; the GMs aren't Gods on this server :P

I like to make lists, so: 1. I don't think GMs have spawn commands. 2. They would have to make a lot more custom NPCs for different level difficulties for different player's gear/group size 3. When it comes to PvE it's either "I can kill this easily" or "I'm going to be one shot". 4. Because the server is so different from blizzard's design it would be very hard to bring healers into the mix, healer classes/specs aren't very useful on here because if they increased the healing abilities they would be pretty much unkillable. (VIP 7 priest) 5. They don't hire 10 year olds, if they did Aulton would be head GM because he had an incredible app but was too young.

After you signed in with your email did you try to download the patch? If so it may have messed up your folder trying to update to a higher patch and you will have to redownload. Not much of a problem with the launcher though :P

I fixed my problem if anybody else has this happen to them. Internet Explorer changed my settings :/ anyway this is what I did: 1. Open Internet Explorer 2. On the menu bar go to the Tool tab 3. At the bottom there is Internet Options, open that 4. Go to LAN settings near the bottom right 5. Make sure Automatically Detect Settings is unchecked I don't even use IE and it still messes up my computer. Awesome

Is it like mine? Where the Data folder downloaded from the reinstall game patch is empty?

That's what I've been doing, reinstall game patch and all that (I know how to do it, I've always gotten my wow folders this way) It's just like the .rar that gets unpacked has an empty data folder or something. I opened the .rar in the middle of downloading once just to check and the only thing that had anything in it was the main folder with wow.exe

So, a few days ago I had to redownload a wow folder compatible with IceCold. The problem is when I reinstall the game patch all the folders are empty except for a 1kb file called icecold_IceCold-Reaper.dat No, I don't have any security programs running and the firewall has the exception. I've tried this with every single application disabled other than windows explorer and things required to run the computer, still nothing. I would just download another torrent of it but I just finished the download and clicked the launcher instead of the wow.exe and now it's unusable :'( just wondering if anybody has had this problem before but if not I'll just download another torrent.

I think that's going to be the only way, I don't think the staff would be all that willing to help you since they don't support the buying, trading, and sharing of accounts. But you never know, you could always make an admin ticket and talk to Ryan about it if you really need it.

Calling somebody a "**** nut" (I'm assuming that's what it was) and a "faggot" are not ways you should stick up for somebody, it looks more like calling him names because he started it and you don't want to be the one to end it. While I'm sure Era deserved it, (lol love you Cole) there are better ways to approach things like this. Looks to me like Era is just trying to report for a quick ban, bad Era.

If you have no way of contacting him I would say the best thing to do is send an email to the email attached to the account asking the former owner to change it for you.
