If it would only be the secondary account it would somewhat make sense. Since it could be registering your ip and simply won't allow the same ip to vote twice. Having trouble after those 12 hours doesn't make sense at all. It's definitely something on their side tho. I don't think I personally ever had trouble voting at Open WoW other than the usual errors, which all voting sites have occasionally. I will discuss this as soon as I can. If we find out that the site doesn't work properly we will try to come up with a fitting solution.

I've just checked this and indeed it seems Open WoW is the only vote page with doesn't grant vote points on a secondary account. My guess is that Open WoW remembers your IP and doesn't allow you to vote a second time, even if it's on a different account. I'll investigate some more and get back to you as soon as I can.

No offense.. I think suggestions like this are great but.. Rated Battlegrounds, War games, etc. All this was implemented in retail when Cataclysm was released. 15 vs 15 matches were eliminated February 2011. So not only isn't it new, the Eternian realm should have the posibilty of guilds taking on each other somewhere in the core. It still has great potential if you ask me. You could for example suggest for them to use the current Rated battlegrounds system but customize it. New areas, different rewards etc. With some tweaking I think the existing Rbg system can be really promising.

No, it won't.. A faction change does not allow you to change your class. As the name says, you're are able to change your faction. For the record, there's 2 factions in WoW. Alliance and Horde. Using your example, you have a human paladin and you use a faction change on it. Upon the next login you will be able to choose your new race which must be horde. This means that after your faction change you will either have a Blood elf paladin or a Tauren paladin. The class, Paladin, remains the same. This can never change. If you wish to play a different class you will have to create a new character. For the gear, if you wish to transfer the Edge of destruction set (Vip7) to your new mage, Like Luigi said, you will need to purchase 1 product transfer which will cost you $10.

I could be wrong, but I think you won't be able to obtain the gear donated for again. If I'm correct there was a certain date until which you could sent in the proof of purchase and get the gear back, but I think the date has expired.

This clearly shows evidence of bug abusing. He seems to be the only character attacking Sewen. He took off half its hp without losing any himself. Obviously that's impossible. Bug abusing for self-benefit is considered an exploit. If caught, you will recieve a permanent ban. I'm not sure where you guys got the trading part from but I think he's talking about refunding the items, selling them back to the vendor you got them from.

No support from my side. It's an arena and the basic idea of an arena is to kill everything you can find. I do get the point. The general hangout is basically in the middle of this arena, but that doesn't change the fact that it's PvP grounds. Personally I'd feel more for trying to move the general hangout. But you'd still have to deal with players. If the players rather sit in the arena than somewhere else you can move all you want, but it won't help.

No one has suggested to use Aeonus. That's really what this suggestion is about. Even if someone did, he's still free to share his thoughts. Perhaps the idea needs some tweaking. A lot of suggestions do. I agree with what has been said concerning world bosses. We have enough as it is. Doesn't mean this idea is useless. We can take away the "world" part and it suddenly is a regular boss, able to be reset and farmed all day long. I was there when the idea of Aeonus got created, it's more about the npc display than the world boss part really. Feedback and opinions is what keeps the suggestions section alive, but stating someone shouldn't post because similar ideas have been posted really isn't what the suggestion section is for. Players post double suggestions all the time. Sometimes it's actually quite useful since they'll have additions to the initial idea which would make it even better.

Honestly, I don't think this is such a bad idea. I do feel like if the loot increases, the effort to obtain this loot should increase as well. It's kinda weird for trash mobs and bosses to share the same loot and Hp. I mean, they're bosses after all. I would support this suggestion, but only if something was done about the hp/dmg the bosses currently have.

Before I get started, everyone is entitled to their own opinion which is to be respected. Everyone is free to share or suggest whatever they like. I do however feel that when one starts accusing the accused should be able to try and justify. So please don't see this as some sort of counterattack. This is just me trying to explain why some of it is as it is. No offense intended. What you might consider crossing the line doesn't mean it's breaking the rules. I often think someone's crossing a line of some kind. I have a chat with the player, try to make them stop. But basically, I stand powerless. If one isn't breaking any rules, and trust me there's a lot of players that know just how to "cross the line" without breaking a single rule, a GM simply cannot do a thing. This would be called abuse and would result in the GM getting in trouble, possibly getting fired. It doesn't mean I disagree with you, not at all. I would like to rain down mayhem upon those who ruin Icecold for newcomers as well as for the oldies, but sometimes this is pretty much impossible. You are hardly on. You state this yourself. How are you able to make a decent judgement about the availability of the Reaper GMs? Please define. This thread seems to be made because of GMs not doing stuff, not being online or not taking care of issues. Sounds like we don't warn easily enough. How does this imply? You don't have to report. This section was merely made to bring justice to those who choose to ignore the rules when no one is there to enforce. Every private server has to deal with this in some way, most of them do it by creating a report section. I actually think it would be hard to find an active server with an empty report section. It's not your job, correct. But it does help out the staff greatly plus it helps to clear scum from the server. Why make it a problem? I really agree on this one. There should be. And in a perfect world, there would be. The problem here is not everyone can be trusted with the access that comes with a GameMaster account. There's barely any server that doesn't come with "Gaps" concerning the staff. I know for a fact that even the big ones struggle to have a decent team out there. Sure, you can hire the first nut job that offers his services. But you'd have to ask yourself, would hiring him really be beneficial for the server?

Hello Felfaceqt, For starters, what exactly happened here? How did you purchase the VIP? Did you get it from the shop on the website? If you did buy it from out web shop, I can assure you you have not been scammed. I just hope you didn't buy it off an other Icecold player. Either way I will inform the admins about this topic. I'm sure they'll reply as soon as they can get to it. One of the admins will review the case and if everything matches out the VIP set will be added to the character. Please be patient until then. They will get to it.
