Starstruck236873618 Posted July 26, 2016 Posted July 26, 2016 Correct me if im wrong or anything but is the Ice-Reaper server down because when i try to login it says 'You have been disconnected from the server' I would really like to know if it is or not because I just wanted to visit Ice-Reaper server again! Staff fireguywtc Posted July 26, 2016 Staff Posted July 26, 2016 The reaper server is working fine. Are you able to get onto eternian? if so, delete your cache and try again. If it has been a while, you may have to reload the patch from your launcher. Lastly, make sure you are using your username to login to the game, not your email.

Staff fireguywtc Posted July 28, 2016 Staff Posted July 28, 2016 Have you checked to see if your account is banned? I can't check for some reason in game. I guess your account name is too long. If ban check doesn't work on the site, make an admin ticket.
