Dominos not working?

For some reason this computer doesnt let dominos add on work completely but my laptop does...

i even redownloaded icewow and game, and dominos... in the game dominos shows up, but my action bars dont. it lets me click customize bars but wont show any bars at all.... ive tried shift scrolling but nothing shows up

 

anyone else have/had this problem?

Well, did you make sure to grab the proper patch version?
