As well, please include as much information as possible so that we can help you get connected. Please view the following forum thread to make sure all steps are taken correctly: http://www.icecold-wow.com/topic/4446-installing-icecold-tutorial/ Post any issues there, and I will be sure to find a fix for it right away. 0 warther Posted August 11, 2014 Share Posted August 11, 2014 When you open the IceColdLauncher.exe press the small red button "Remove Game Patch" and then click on the realm you want to play, Ice-Reaper or Ice-Eternian. If that doesn't work. Put the IceColdLauncher.exe into an empty folder and when you open it it will ask you to install the game. The process won't take longer than 20 minutes.
