Donny Posted July 13, 2014 Report Share Posted July 13, 2014 Hello. Due to the server merge with ice-cold, some Eternian account names have "e85" added to the beginning of them. So for example, if your account name was "protos", now it should be "e85protos". Give it a try, if that doesn't work, please attend to the Lost Password page, to recover it using your email. Please let your friend attend to the Contact Admins department and file an Admin Ticket (Request), with enough info that can tell if he is the owner of the account or not.
