Need in game help.

I was wanting to learn how to smelt iron bars and the quest that gets it is bugged the chalice doesn't appear at all.
So i was wondering if a GM could teach it to me or help fix the quest or something.
 

And second i cant duel wield when in Arms even after i learn duel wield from the tele stone and it says i have duel wield in my spell page.

Yes i know duel wield isn't titan grip.
I'm not trying to duel wield 2 2-handers I'm trying to duel wield 2 1-handers which is what duel wield is for.

Good News fixed not being able to duel wield.

Reset talents and was fine.

The quest is fixed now, make sure to delete your cache to get the spell now. And I spawned the chalice where it's meant to be in Blackrock Depths.

Well its there and now it says i don't meet the requirements for that quest.

Truesilver Bar X 10
I have all of these so idk why it doesnt work

Abandon then re-take the quest from the chalice. It'll fix itself.

You have to be a minimum of 230 mining skill to complete the quest according to WoWhead.

I have that mining skill.
and its not a pick up quest its a quest you can turn in when you have the Materials.
Its a gold ? not a !
