Recovering Lost Character

Hello guys, I am an old Ice-Cold WoW player, and I haven't signed on since 2012. I come back and all my characters are deleted? Help? Character name was Miky or Miiky, and it was a Blood Elf Paladin. Thanks.

Hey there buddy. This is the Eternian realm section. Anyway, i suggest you go to the "Contact Us" tab from

the home page, and open an Admin Ticket describing your issue in the correct support section. Good luck.

Icecold used to have an inactivity wipe system.

Characters on non-vip accounts that were inactive for 250 days would automatically be deleted.

I'm guessing this is what got your characters deleted. If so then unfortunately there is no way of restoring them.
