Openwow works just fine for me, but someone is having the issues where they can't vote on Open Wow which i think it's weird, but the problems remains unknown due to no one knows how this problem even occures or how to fix it at all :P I wish i could help them with this issue, but as i don't know how to fix it, i just can't help them :S

I never had any trouble with Open WoW either, but as the OP states it works on his phone. A phone usually uses a different browser and possibly a different network than the computer does.
