Arkenstone / Lobo Snipe

Reason for report: Snipe.
Proof: Of course.

Clearly shows him attacking me when he's outside of the arena when I'm inside of it.



Then after I tell him he's sniping he attacks me again while he's in the arena and I'm outside of it, Check my PVP Flag next to my character Icon.
