More launcher problems yay

So i downloaded the launcher into my wow 4.3.4 folder and when i opened it it said it could not connect to icecold servers. reading around on the forums i saw something about clicking the refresh looking button and did that now im missing files in my folder and it wont follow through with whatever the launcher was doing. please help

Is it like mine? Where the Data folder downloaded from the reinstall game patch is empty?

No not like that. I have all the right folders and i can play on other servers, but the launcher itself says it cant connect to the servers

I got it to work by changing the realmlist and just not using the launcher, but all the servers are down?
