Prot hasn't really lost strength, and honestly, I never struggled with ret paladins in PvP. They just fell behind. What they did to Seal of Command was needed. But besides that I don't really notice any nefs. I think they're fine how they are at the momment.

You do realize it wasn't a pally wide nerf. Only thing changed was Seals of Command. So Prot is unchanged. And Ret is still better for PvE so I think it's perfect the way it is. People who complain about the nerf are just gear carried and can't deal with being at least kind of close to other classes in terms of power.
