characters missing

ok so I went to get on today after relaxing and I noticed all my characters we missing from reaper server so I went to character list and all but one character is missing and the character that isn't missing isn't even the right race whats going on with that?

could I please get an answer???? I would really like to play again

idk ummmmm it was probably close to 5 months ago the last time all my characters were there I had gotten  virus and then computer got stolen and now I have a new computer

I wouldn't be to upset about it if I didn't have thunder furies and other Votepoints gear and all the mounts I mean that will take a while to get back -_-

Any Non-VIP Character that is offline for 182+ Days (~6 Months) gets permanently deleted by the Character Cleaner we have. There is no way to restore the character once it has been deleted by the cleaner.

well that's just stupid to have that feature -_- pisses me ill im gunna still be a member cause I love this server but...... just SMH FML
